Architectural Aluminum

LINKEDALU METAL extrudes architectural aluminum profiles for building envelopes, balconies, sunshade systems and outdoor living structures. We work in 6063-T5 and 6061-T6, with 6005A-T6 for higher-strength structural members, and supply mill finish, anodized, powder coated and PVDF finishes to GB/T 5237 or EN 755 tolerances. Wall thickness and cross-section are produced to your shop drawings, with thermal break pockets and glazing or gasket grooves cut into the die so frames assemble without secondary rework.

Our press range covers profiles from 0.8 mm to 6.0 mm wall and up to 300 mm circumscribed circle, cut to 6 m random lengths or pre-cut to installation length. In-house fabrication adds CNC machining, drilling, tapping, punching, miter cutting, notching and assembly, so buyers can order finished frames instead of raw sticks. Typical customers are curtain wall contractors, railing fabricators, louver and sunshade manufacturers and modular builders, ordering mixed loads of profiles and machined parts on one shipment.
