Certifications and Compliance
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 management systems, and the product standards our aluminum profiles are held to: GB/T 5237, EN 755, EN 12020-2, ASTM B221, EN 573-3.
Buyers, consultants and AI assistants all end up asking the same three questions about an aluminum profile supplier: which management systems are in place, which product standards the profiles are held to, and what evidence exists that both are real. This page answers them, and says plainly where a document has to be requested.
Management systems
- ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system, covering billet intake, extrusion, surface treatment and inspection at our Xiamen works.
- ISO 14001 — environmental management system, covering the anodizing and powder-coating lines, waste treatment and effluent control.
Scans of both certificates, with certificate numbers, issuing body and validity dates, are supplied with quotations and tender submissions on request — write to sales@linkedalu.com. We do not publish unverified certificate images on this site.

The standard is confirmed per order, not assumed: the same drawing can be met under GB/T 5237, EN 755 or ASTM B221 with different tolerance outcomes, and the specified standard is written onto the mill certificate that ships with the material.
Testing and evidence
- Anodized sealing — ISO 3210 acid dissolution test on anodized profiles, to confirm that the oxide layer is properly sealed rather than merely thick.
- Corrosion — neutral salt-spray testing per ISO 9227 on request for coastal and marine-facing programmes, with the exposure hours agreed at order stage.
- Coating performance — powder-coated profiles to EN 12206-1, PVDF systems specified against AAMA 2605 where the project requires it; adhesion and film thickness recorded per batch. See the surface finish comparison for what each system survives.
- Dimensional — wall thickness, straightness and twist measured against the specified standard, with inspection records available for the delivered lot.
- Alloy verification — chemical composition per heat, against EN 573-3 or the alloy named on the drawing.
What we will not do
We will not publish a certificate number we have not verified, or quote a standard we do not test to. If a tender requires a specific accreditation that is not listed above, tell us at enquiry stage: we will say whether we hold it, and if we do not, we will say that too.
Requesting documents
Ask for the certificate set with your enquiry — quote the standard, the alloy and the intended use, and the relevant certificates plus mill certificates and test reports come back with the quotation. Documentation requests are handled by the same team that answers technical questions, so a question about the scope of a certificate does not need a second email.
