LED lighting profiles cover linear, surface-mounted, recessed, suspended, track and corner sections for architectural and industrial luminaires. Standard housings are extruded in 6063-T5 with diffuser grooves for 10 mm to 40 mm polycarbonate or PMMA covers, PCB channels sized to standard strip widths, and end-cap seats that close cleanly without silicone. Wall thickness from 0.8 mm to 2.5 mm keeps fixtures light while holding shape over long lengths.
Fabrication includes cutting to fixture length, CNC end milling, drilling for cable entries, punching for suspension points and miter cutting for corner runs. Finishes include clear and black anodizing and white or custom RAL powder coating, with diffusers, end caps, brackets and drivers available alongside the profile so a complete luminaire ships on one order.
