Square aluminum tubes run from 10x10 mm to 150x150 mm in 6063-T5 and 6061-T6, with 1.0 mm to 8.0 mm walls and consistent corner radii for clean welded and bolted joints. Tolerances on width, wall and twist follow EN 755 and GB/T 5237, so tubes stack and align without hand fitting, which matters in repeat frame production.
Tubes are cut to length, miter cut, notched, drilled and tapped, with mill, anodized, powder coated and PVDF finishes available. Square hollow sections suit railing systems, pergolas, sign frames, workbenches, greenhouse and shade structures, and any assembly that needs an equal-sided member with a flat surface for brackets or panels.
