Sunroom & Screen Room Profiles

Sunroom and screen room profiles are engineered for four-season rooms, patio enclosures, porch screening, pool cages and conservatory-style extensions. The range covers wall studs, rafters, ridge and eave beams, sill plates, window and door frames and screen channels, all extruded in 6063-T5 with thermal break options for heated rooms. Snap-fit glazing beads, gasket grooves and pre-punched screw ports reduce assembly time for installers who fabricate on site.

Standard finishes are mill, white and bronze powder coating, clear anodizing and PVDF for coastal exposure. We machine mitered corners, drainage slots, handle cutouts and hinge points to your drawings, and can bundle profiles by wall or roof section so each room arrives as a complete kit rather than loose lengths.
