Round Tubes

Round aluminum tubes are supplied from 12 mm to 200 mm outside diameter, in 6063-T5 and 6061-T6, with wall thickness from 1.0 mm to 10 mm, in both extruded and drawn quality for tighter concentricity and thinner walls. Sections can be produced as plain tube or with internal features such as a keyway, septum or threaded boss when a machined fit is needed without extra assembly.

Processing includes cutting to length, CNC bending, flaring, swaging, drilling, tapping and facing. Finishes are mill, anodized, powder coated and PVDF, with clear anodizing the usual choice for exterior handrails and racking. Round tube suits handrails, chair frames, poles, rollers and tube-based structures where smooth, weldable members are wanted.
