Curtain Wall Profiles

LINKEDALU METAL supplies aluminum curtain wall profiles for unitized and stick-built facades: mullions, transoms, pressure plates, cover caps, corner sections and sill details. Standard work is 6063-T6 for mullion strength, with 6061-T6 where a project specification calls for higher mechanical properties, extruded to EN 755 or GB/T 5237 tolerances. Profiles can be produced with thermal break pockets for polyamide strip insertion, glazing gasket grooves, and drainage or weep channels formed in the die, which cuts assembly time on site.

Finishing options are mill, anodized at 10 to 25 micron film thickness, powder coated and PVDF, with bronze, black, champagne and custom RAL colors matched to the facade scheme. We cut, punch, drill, tap and notch mullions to your fabrication drawings, and can supply matched sets so pressure plates and covers fit without field adjustment.
