Rectangular Tubes

Rectangular aluminum tubes range from 10x20 mm to 100x200 mm, in 6063-T5 for architectural and general use and 6061-T6 for structural or machined parts, with wall thickness from 1.0 mm to 8.0 mm. Corner radii are controlled to keep welded and clamped joints tight, and wall uniformity is held to EN 755 and GB/T 5237 tolerances so tube ends sit flush in frames.

We cut tubes to length, miter, notch, drill and tap as required, and finish in mill, anodized, powder coated or PVDF where exterior exposure demands it. Rectangular hollow sections are widely used for railing frames, sign and display structures, machine guards, furniture frames and trailer components, where a flat face is needed for mounting or finishing.
