Industrial Aluminum

Industrial aluminum is where extrusion does more than frame a building. This range covers functional profiles for thermal management, electrical machines, lighting, automation, solar energy, temporary structures and vehicle bodies, all produced on the same press line and to the same tolerances as our architectural work. Common alloys are 6063-T5 for extrusion quality and finish, 6061-T6 for machined and load-bearing sections, and 6005A-T6 where profiles are welded into larger structures.

Because these parts usually meet another component, we machine what we extrude: face milling for flatness, boring to H7, drilling and tapping, slot cutting, precision cutting to length and deburring. Finishes include clear and black anodizing, powder coating and chromate, chosen for emissivity, wear or appearance. Buyers range from LED fixture makers and motor producers to automation integrators and tent manufacturers, and many order a mix of profiles, machined parts and hardware on a single shipment.
