Aluminum heatsink profiles are extruded with fin pitches from roughly 2 mm to 12 mm for LED engines, drivers, power supplies, inverters, motor drives and telecommunication equipment. Standard sections use 6063-T5 for extrusion quality and thermal conductivity, with 6061-T6 for structural heatsinks that also carry load. Base thickness runs 3 mm to 12 mm and fin height reaches 80 mm depending on the die, giving natural or forced convection surfaces without secondary bonding.
We cut to length, CNC face mill the base for flatness, drill and tap mounting holes, and finish with clear or black anodizing where emissivity matters. Base flatness, fin straightness and burr control are checked before packing, and thermal resistance can be calculated from the section geometry when an engineer needs it for design work.
