Window and door profiles cover casement, awning, sliding, tilt-turn, fixed light, folding and entrance door systems. Sections are extruded in 6063-T5 for standard frames and 6061-T6 where hardware loads are high, with thermal break pockets for polyamide strips, glazing grooves for 4 mm to 32 mm insulated units and drainage channels built into the die. Wall thickness typically runs 1.4 mm to 2.5 mm for residential frames and up to 3.5 mm for commercial entrance sections.
We finish profiles in anodizing, powder coating or PVDF and machine them for hinges, multipoint locks, rollers and weather seals. Complete frame sets, mullion kits and hardware-ready components are cut to length and packed by window type, which keeps site handling and offcut waste to a minimum.
