Louver & Sunshade Profiles

Louver and sunshade profiles from LINKEDALU METAL include fixed blade, Z-blade, elliptical, tubular and box sections for facade brise soleil, louvre walls, equipment screens and parking structures. Airfoil and elliptical blades are extruded in 6063-T5 with wall thickness from 1.2 mm to 4.0 mm, sized so blade pitch and free area meet the shading performance the engineer specifies. Operable louvre frames use matching outer frames, end caps and pivot details produced in the same die set for consistent alignment.

Sections are supplied mill, anodized, powder coated or PVDF finished to match the curtain wall, and can be cut, punched, notched and pre-assembled with brackets and drive hardware. Because blades are extruded rather than roll formed, sharp edges and visible seams are avoided and long runs stay straight within EN 755 straightness limits.
