How we work

Six controlled steps from drawing to container

  1. 01

    Drawing & DFM review

You send drawings, a sample or a performance brief. We review wall thickness, die cost and extrusion ratio before quoting.

  2. 02

    Die design & tooling

H13 dies are designed for balanced metal flow, then nitrided for surface finish and die life.

  3. 03

    Extrusion

Billets are heated to the alloy-specific window and pressed with inline quenching for consistent mechanical properties.

  4. 04

    Ageing & finishing

Artificial ageing to T5/T6, then anodizing, powder coating, PVDF, polishing or wood-grain transfer.

  5. 05

    Fabrication & assembly

CNC machining, cutting to length, punching, tapping, welding and sub-assembly to ready-to-install parts.

  6. 06

    Inspection & packing

Final dimensional and surface inspection, protective film, kraft or wooden crate packing, container loading.

Surface finishing

Six finishes, all in-house

Mill finish
Natural extruded surface, flat and functional, ideal before further machining.
Anodizing
5–25 µm anodic layer, clear, natural, champagne or black, corrosion resistant and color stable.
Powder coating
40–120 µm polyester or PVDF2 coating in any RAL color, matte, satin or gloss.
PVDF / fluorocarbon
Two and three coat systems for architectural projects with 20-year color warranties.
Wood grain
Sublimation transfer for timber-look windows, doors and cladding.
Brushed & polished
Mechanical finishing for decorative, lighting and appliance profiles.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? add
We are a manufacturer. Linkedalu Metal Group Co., Ltd has operated its own extrusion plants since 2006, with 26 presses from 500 MT to 5000 MT, in-house anodizing, powder coating and PVDF lines, and a dedicated fabrication workshop in Xiamen, China.
Can you produce profiles to our own drawings? add
Yes. Most of our output is custom tooling built to customer drawings or samples. Send us a PDF or DXF with the alloy, temper, tolerances, surface finish and order quantity, and our engineering team will return a die layout and quotation within two working days.
What is the smallest order quantity for a custom profile? add
For a new die the typical minimum is 500 kg per profile per finish, which covers the first run for most architectural and industrial sections. Standard shapes can be shipped from stock quantities starting at one bundle.
Which alloys and tempers do you extrude? add
6063, 6061, 6005A, 6082 and 6463 are our standard alloys, supplied in T5, T6 and T66 tempers. 7005, 7050 and 7075 are available on request for high-strength applications, with lead times quoted per project.
How do you guarantee quality? add
Every lot is checked for chemical composition, dimensional tolerance against the drawing, hardness after ageing, coating thickness and color difference. We work to GB/T 5237, EN 755 and ASTM B221 depending on the destination market, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Do you ship worldwide, and what are the terms? add
We ship FOB Xiamen, CIF and DDP depending on the destination, packing profiles in protective film with kraft or wooden crates. Customers in more than 40 countries in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa order from us regularly.

Tell us what you need to extrude

Send a drawing, a sample photo or a performance brief. We reply with die cost, unit price, lead time and a production plan.
