Transportation Profiles

Transportation profiles serve truck bodies, trailers, dry freight and refrigerated vans, rail interiors, bus structures and specialty vehicle builds. Typical sections are floor planks, side wall and roof panels, corner posts, top and bottom rails, rub rails and cargo control track, extruded in 6005A-T6, 6061-T6 and 6063-T5 depending on the welded structure and strength required. Floor and wall planks use interlocking tongue-and-groove joints so panels assemble with minimal fastening.

We supply profiles cut to length with drilled or punched holes, notched ends and mitered corners, plus mill, anodized and powder coated finishes. Because 6005A and 6061 weld and form well, sections can be supplied ready for MIG welding into subframes, and we machine drain channels and rivet lands to your body-builder drawings.
