T-slot and V-slot aluminum profiles form the structural framing range: 20x20, 20x40, 30x30, 40x40, 45x45, 45x90 and larger, all extruded in 6063-T5 to controlled slot geometry so standard nuts, brackets and connectors fit without reaming. Slot widths of 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm are available, with light, standard and heavy wall variants for different load cases.
Profiles are cut to length with clean, burr-free ends, and can be machined for access holes, tapped ends, mitered corners and panel grooves. Finishes are clear or black anodizing and powder coating, and we supply matching corner brackets, hinges, feet, handles and panel holders, so machine guards, workstations, test rigs and automation frames can be built from a single kit.
