U-channel profiles cover standard channels and deeper tracks used for glazing, sliding panels, wire management and trim. Sections are extruded in 6063-T5 with wall thickness from 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm in widths from 10 mm to 120 mm, with optional internal ribs, screw ports and snap-in gasket grooves formed in the die.
Channels are cut, punched, notched and drilled to drawing, and finished mill, anodized, powder coated or PVDF. Applications include window and door tracks, glass channels, LED and cable trunking, edge trim and machine guarding, where the profile both guides a moving part and closes off a panel edge. Matched covers, end caps and gaskets are available with the channel.
