CNC Machining Parts

LINKEDALU METAL machines aluminum components from bar, plate and our own extrusion, so parts can be produced either as standalone CNC work or as finished assemblies built on a profile we supply. We run 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC centers with turning capacity for brackets, heatsink bases, motor components, housings, adapters, instrument frames and mounting hardware, holding tolerances to plus or minus 0.05 mm on critical features.

Materials are typically 6061-T6 and 7075 for strength, with 6063 and 6005A used where an extruded section already provides the shape. Secondary operations include deburring, tapping, countersinking, thread milling, laser marking and surface treatment such as clear or color anodizing, chromate conversion and powder coating. Work is quoted from STEP, IGES or 2D drawings, first articles are checked before series production, and material certificates for bar and plate stock are available on request. Order sizes range from a few prototypes to several thousand repeat parts per year.
