Reach out to our technical centers for custom extrusion specifications. Send a drawing, a sample photo or a performance brief: an extrusion engineer — not a call center — will review the profile, the alloy and the finish and come back with die cost, unit price, lead time and a production plan.

To make the first answer fast, include as much of the following as you have:

• The profile drawing (PDF, DXF or DWG) or a photograph of the existing part with key dimensions
• Alloy and temper (6063-T5, 6061-T6, 6005A-T6 and similar)
• Surface finish: mill, anodized with thickness and color, powder coated to a RAL code, PVDF, wood grain
• Cut length, machining, punching or assembly requirements
• Order quantity and the delivery port or address
