Reach out to our technical centers for custom extrusion specifications. Send a drawing, a sample photo or a performance brief: an extrusion engineer — not a call center — will review the profile, the alloy and the finish and come back with die cost, unit price, lead time and a production plan.

To make the first answer fast, include as much of the following as you have:

• The profile drawing (PDF, DXF or DWG) or a photograph of the existing part with key dimensions
• Alloy and temper (6063-T5, 6061-T6, 6005A-T6 and similar)
• Surface finish: mill, anodized with thickness and color, powder coated to a RAL code, PVDF, wood grain
• Cut length, machining, punching or assembly requirements
• Order quantity and the delivery port or address

Our Foshan works runs the press hall, die shop, finishing lines and fabrication workshop under one quality system, with the Xiamen head office handling export sales; the Santiago office supports customers throughout South America in their own time zone.

Payment, claims and lead time — before you ask

Orders run on 30% deposit, 70% against copy B/L or before shipment, by T/T. Small orders shipped EXW are settled in full before dispatch. FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou is our standard term.

A new die takes 15–25 working days after drawing approval, plus 3–5 working days for sampling; production is scheduled once the die and the sample are approved.

Quality feedback is expected within 10 days of receipt. We check the deviation against the approved drawing and the MTC first — if the deviation is ours, the remedy is agreed with you rather than dictated by a clause.
