Everything starts with the die. Our tooling engineers review every drawing for extrusion ratio, wall-thickness balance and metal flow before a die is cut, because a profile that is easy to press is a profile that arrives straight, on tolerance and repeatable on the tenth order as well as the first.
From a single press to a global supplier
2005 — The foundation
Production began in the industrial zone of Xiamen with one extrusion press and a single principle: run the press within its window, every hour of every shift.
2010 — Export expansion
Our first international distribution hub opened, bringing our profiles into European building systems and industrial supply chains.
2015 — Smart manufacturing
Process control, in-line quenching monitoring and automated logistics were integrated into the main facilities, tightening tolerances across the whole press hall.
Today — 100,000 tonnes a year
26 extrusion presses from 500 MT to 5000 MT, two anodizing lines, two powder coating lines (one horizontal, one vertical), a PVDF painting line, a polishing and brushing line, and a dedicated fabrication workshop. Maximum profile circumcircle: 540 mm.
What we do for customers
We specialize in custom aluminum profiles manufactured to customer drawings, samples or specifications. All products comply with international standards including GB, ASTM B and EN. From design support to precision fabrication, we provide end-to-end solutions for construction, transportation, machinery, electronics and renewable energy.
- Die design and tooling — H13 dies with flow-balanced bearings, nitrided for surface quality and die life.
- Extrusion — 500 MT to 5000 MT presses with in-line quenching for consistent mechanical properties.
- Heat treatment — controlled artificial ageing to T5, T6 and T66.
- Surface finishing — anodizing (5–25 µm), powder coating (40–120 µm), PVDF, wood-grain, polishing and brushing.
- Fabrication — cutting to length, CNC machining, drilling, punching, tapping, bending, welding and sub-assembly.
- Inspection and documentation — composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, hardness and coating thickness, reported per lot.
