1. Industrial aluminum processing
Industrial aluminum processing is often used in screens, aluminum windows and so on. It is applied the extrusion-molding process, that is, the raw materials such as aluminum ingots after melt in the furnace was extruded through the extruder flowing out shaped in the mold, and the aluminum extrusion can produce a variety of profiles with different sections.
The main properties of strength, hardness, and wear resistance are all according to national standards GB6063. Its advantages are: light weight with only 2.8 kg/m3, not rust, design changing quickly, low investing in die, and more-than-10-meter vertical elongation. Industrial aluminum processing contains 2 kinds of appearance, the bright and the matt. Its treatment process uses anodic oxidation treatment, and the oxide film used in the surface treatment reaches to 0.12mm thick. The processing wall thickness of Industrial aluminium extrusion should choose product with the optimal design. In addition, it is not the thicker the better as thick, but the thickness should be design according to the requirements on cross-section structure and can be 0.5 ~ 5mm. Layman often thought the thicker the more tough, in fact, which is a wrong view.
The surface quality of industrial aluminum processing will meet also the defects hard to overcome: warping, deformation, black line, convex & concave, and white line. The high-level designers and rational mold design and production process can avoid the above defects. Defect inspection should be carried out in accordance with national inspection methods, in 40 ~ 50-cm-long sight to identify defects.
Industrial aluminum processing in the furniture is widely used: the screen skeleton, all kinds of hanging beams, table feet, decorative articles, handle, walkway and cover, chair feet, etc., which can be ever-changing design and use.
Although industrial aluminum processing has lots of the advantages, but there are also not ideal point:
(1)Aluminum without oxidation is easy to "rust" and thus lead to performance degradation.
(2)The longitudinal strength is lower than iron products.
(3)Wear resistance of surface oxide poorer than the plating layer is easy to scratch.
(4)Cost is 3 to 4 times high than the high cost of iron products.

2 Die-casting aluminum, compared to aluminum profile processing methods, uses different equipment, and its raw materials is aluminum ingots (purity 92%) and alloy materials, melted by the furnace then shaped in the mold of the die-casting machine. Die-casting aluminum products can be designed for toys containing variety models and easy to connect in a variety of directions. In addition, due to its high hardness, it can be mixed with zinc into zinc-aluminum alloy.
The molding process of die-casting aluminum is divided into:
(1) Die-casting molding
(2) Rough polishing to least die material
(3) Fine polishing
On the other hand, production process of die-casting aluminum can not produce without mold, but the mold cost is very expensive which is higher than other molds, such as injection molds. At the same time, mold maintenance is very difficult and especially, when wrong design occurs, the material is difficult to repair.
Disadvantages of die-casting aluminum:
(1)The cost is high except a large scale processing production.
(2)Polishing is more complex.
(3)Production cycle is slower than
(4)The cost is 3 to 4 times higher than injection molded parts.
(5)Screw hole requires wider (diameter-4.5mm) to stabilize the connection force.
Adaptation range: bar feet, decorative head, processing sealing parts of industrial aluminum, table tops and tee table top support, etc.
